Ordering and Pricing
Do you have a minimum product spend?
We have a small minimum hire charge of £30 spend on
products. This excludes delivery, collection and VAT
Do I have to pay in full or can I pay a deposit?
We realise that event planning can be expensive, and are
more than happy to agree deposits and payment plans. For events within 30 days,
we request payment on order.
I have had my furniture delivered. Can I keep it for longer?
No problem! Please talk to a member of our team, who can
extend the hire period for you.
What are your cancellation and amendment terms?
Refunds will be issued as follows:-
- Cancellation made more than 7 days before the Rental
Period: 75% refund
- Cancellation made within 7 days of the Rental Period: 50%
refund
- Cancellation made within 48 hours of the Rental Period:
No refund
We know things can happen, and we take a fair approach to
all cancellations and amendments. Please talk to a member of our team and we will be happy to help.
Delivery and Collection
Can you deliver within a specific time?
Yes! Our standard delivery is between 08:00 and 19:00, but
if you need to upgrade you can select either an AM/ PM slot, a 4 or 2 hour delivery window for a small additional fee.
With the standard delivery window, will I be given an ETA?
Yes, a member of our team will always call the day before
delivery to give you an estimated arrival time so you can plan your day.
Do you set up the furniture?
Our standard delivery and collection fee is for a standard
ground floor drop off. We are more than happy to set the furniture up for you
for a small additional fee of £20 per man per hour.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver furniture hire predominantly across Kent, London, Surrey and Essex- although we can travel further afield depending on your requirements.
We provide furniture hire across all areas of Kent- including Ashford, Canterbury, Dartford, Gravesham, Maidstone, Medway, Chatham, Sevenoaks, Folkestone, Sittingbourne, Kings Hill, Tunbridge Wells and Malling
We provide furniture hire across London to Barking and Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston upon Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond upon Thames, Southwark, Sutton, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth and Westminster.
We deliver furniture hire to Surrey- Staines, Walton on Thames, Kingston, Esher, Caterham, Leatherhead, Redhill, Reigate, Dorking, Guildford, Cranleigh, Weybridge, Farnham, Chertsey, Cobham, Godalming and Haslemere
In Essex, we supply furniture hire to Colchester, Epping, Maldon, South End -on-Sea, Saffron Walden, Braintree, Basildon, Thurrock, Romford.
